Smart Sizing

Our Smart Sizing page lets you take your measurements from a short video filmed on your own phone. Here is exactly how it works:

• Your video is never uploaded. The video is analysed on your device and is not sent to our servers or to anyone else.
• When you press send, we receive only: your name and phone number, your height, weight and gender, the products you chose, your body measurements as numbers, and one small photo used to prepare your order. We ask for your consent before sending.
• This information is kept on our server only until our team retrieves it to prepare your order. Once retrieved, your name, phone number, measurements and photo are deleted from the website server.
• The camera is used only on this page, only after you allow it, and you can stop at any time. To limit misuse, we keep an anonymous, one-way scrambled form of your connection address for up to one hour.
• The first time you use the page, your browser downloads an open AI model file hosted by Google; this is a normal file download and does not send your video or measurements to Google.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Payment processors (Paymob) to complete transactions
• Shipping carriers to deliver your orders
• Service providers who help us operate our website

Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) to protect your data during transmission. Payment processing is handled by Paymob's secure, PCI-compliant systems.
