Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized items (e.g., items with name tags or custom embroidery)
- Items marked as final sale
How to Start a Return

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
